CUSTOM LASER ENGRAVED PATCHES

Give your hats, bags, uniforms, or branded gear a clean professional look with custom laser engraved leatherette patches. Each patch is made to order using your logo or design and comes with a heat activated adhesive backing for easy application with a heat press.

SIZES:

Square: 2.3 x 2.1 inches
Rectangle: 3 x 2.1 inches
Hexagon: 3 x 2.5 inches
Small Hex: 2.4 x 2.2 inches
Circle: 2.4 x 2.4 inches
Custom Shape: Up to 3 inches

PATCH STYLE:

No Outline: Your design is engraved directly onto the patch for a clean, minimal look.

Outline/Border: Adds an engraved border around the edge of the patch for a more finished, traditional patch look.

HOW TO ORDER:

1. Select your patch shape and quantity.
2. Choose Outline or No Outline.
3. Upload your logo or artwork.
4. We’ll create a free digital mockup for your approval before production.
5. Once approved, your patches are made in house and ready to press.

All patches include heat activated adhesive backing.
