Once you approve your free mockup, production takes 7-10 business days before your order ships.
No. Mockups are free and there are no setup fees on any custom hat order.
Leatherette patches are laser engraved for a clean, classic look and come in Rawhide, Buckskin, or White. UV printed patches are full color, best for detailed logos or multi-color artwork.
Yes — and there's no minimum order, so you can order just one hat. Discounts kick in starting at 6 hats and increase the more you order, shown automatically in the Hat Studio
Flat rate shipping is $8.99 within the U.S. Orders over $200 ship free.
